Scope
These terms apply to services provided by Osuria (strategy, design, development, media and related digital communications). A detailed quote and/or contract may supplement these general terms.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work begins after written acceptance of the quote and any agreed deposit.
Delivery and acceptance
Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on timely provision of content and approvals by the client. The client has 15 days after delivery to report any material non-conformity.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in the quote (typically 50% on order, balance on delivery unless otherwise agreed). Late payments may incur suspension of services.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to deliverables as specified in the contract. Osuria retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality clause applies.
